I think I’ve kinda done this before…..but things got really scary then it just got weird

there’s a lot more to lucid dreaming than just laying there and waiting for it to happen. it’s also a really terrible idea because for a lot of people, once it starts happening, you can’t stop it. like me for instance, thought it would be cool to research it and whatnot…now my dreams every single night leave me exhausted by morning and utterly disturbed on a daily basis…my sense of reality has been warped and it’s terrifying…if this interests you, just please be careful…

I get messages daily regarding finances and eating healthy. Some girls have said they cannot afford healthy food… some girls have said that their parents won’t pay for healthy food because it’s “too expensive”… Here is an article that proves otherwise! My “Dorm Room” Cardio Workout (I guess this works for at home too!) 
50 jumping jacks
5 burpees
30 seconds of mountain climbers 
5 jump squats
30 seconds of jump rope
10 push ups
30 second break
Repeat this 3-5 times (adjust according to fitness level.. you may need to do less or you may be able to do more). =)
